Oak Room
The Oak Room is a 900 square foot space ready to accommodate groups up to 40 guests. It is great for business meetings, trainings, and small gatherings such as showers and birthdays. It can also be rented as a dressing room.

Rental Fees:
Refundable Deposit : $100
Sunday - Friday Rental Rates:
ALL DAY (8am - 12am) : $320
HOURLY (5 hr min / 8 hr max) : $32/hr
Saturday Rental Rates:
ALL DAY (8am - 12am) : $352
HOURLY (5 hr min / 8 hr max) : $32/hr
Payments:
The refundable deposit is due upon reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date.
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.
*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions

Rental Hours:
"All Day" rentals are from 8am - 12am.
Hourly rentals are available any day of the week and must be for a minimum of 5 hours with a maximum of 8 hours. Rentals that require more than 8 hours must be "All Day" rentals. Renters can choose any 5 - 8 hour block of hours available between 8am - 12am.
Setup and Cleaning Services:
Requested tables and chairs will be placed on their feet and chairs in stacks of 10 at no additional cost. Renters can then arrange the room according to their desire.
For an additional fee of $2 per table and $0.50 per chair, staff will arrange the room according to the renter's desire.
Cleaning services are provided with ALL rentals at no additional charge.
