Terrace Rooms
The Terrace Rooms at the Lake Jackson Civic Center are two large conjoining rooms that offer, when combined, 4,576 square feet of space with 14 foot ceilings. Whether your event is a classroom of 230, dining for 240, or theater seating for 400, Terrace Rooms 1 & 2 can create the perfect venue!
Separated, each Terrace Room is approximately 2,288 square feet and can accommodate classroom seating of 108, dining for 120, or theater seating for 200.
Amenities Include:
- Terrace Room #1 has a service kitchen with a fridge, food warmer, microwave, and sink
- Both Terrace Rooms include: round tables (66 inches), rectangle tables (6 feet), and banquet chairs

Lake Jackson Residents
Lake Jackson Residents will receive a 10% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Saturday.
Active Military:
Active Military will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only.
*Must provide an Active Military ID to qualify for the discount.
Non-Profit Organizations:
Non-Profit Organizations will receive a 30% discount on daily and hourly rental fees Sunday - Friday only.
*Must provide a current 501c3 to qualify for the discount.
Payments:
The refundable deposit is due upon reservation. The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date.
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.
*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions

Rental Hours:
"All Day" rentals are from 8am - 12am.
Hourly rentals are available Sunday - Friday and must be for a minimum of 5 hours with a maximum of 8 hours. Any rental over 8 hours must rental all day. Renters can choose any block of hours available between 8am - 12am.
Setup and Cleaning Services:
Requested tables will be placed in the room on their feet and chairs in stacks of 10 at no additional charge. Renters can then setup the room according to their desire.
For an additional fee of $2 per table and $0.50 per chair, staff will setup the room according to the the renter's desire.
Cleaning services are provided for ALL rentals at no additional charge.
