Jasmine Hall is a stand-alone facility located at Jasmine Park,
100 Narcissus Street, Lake Jackson, TX 77566.
It seats 80 people and is great for small weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, family gatherings, and much more!
Amenities Include:
- Service kitchen with food warmer, sink, fridge, and microwave
(You must provide your own trays for the food warmer) - Men's and Women's Restrooms
- 10 round tables : 66 inch
- 6 rectangle tables : 6 foot

- Playground and tennis courts are within walking distance and are open to the public

Refundable Deposit : $200

MONDAY - FRIDAY : $310
SATURDAY - SUNDAY : $360
HOURLY (5hr min, 8hr max)
MONDAY - FRIDAY ONLY : $32 per hour
Payments:
The refundable deposit is due upon reservation.
The rental fee is due 30 days prior to event date.
The rental fee can be paid in one lump sum, or smaller payments may be made as long as the total balance is paid off 30 days prior to the event.
*A 3% Convenience Fee will be applied to all Debit and Credit Card Transactions

Rental Hours:
"All Day" rentals are from 8am - 12am.
Hourly rentals are available Monday - Friday and must be for a minimum of 5 hours with a maximum of 8 hours. Any rental over 8 hours must rent all day. Renters can choose any block of hours available between 8am - 12am.
Setup and Cleaning Services:
Renters are responsible for setting up their own tables and chairs.
Rental time includes setup and teardown time.
Renters will not be permitted to enter the facility prior to 8am and all guests, entertainers, and belongings must be out of the facility by midnight.
All Jasmine Hall rentals include a cleaning service at no additional charge.
